1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.pscalecleaning.shop and the services provided by K&T UPSCALE CLEANING SERVICES LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), located at 2210 Allpine Ct, Greenville, NC 27834, United States. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Written service agreements for recurring or contracted work control where they conflict with these Terms.

2. Services

We provide cleaning and property services organized as five crews:

• Pest & Termite — extermination, fumigation (excluding crop), mosquito and bird control, pest inspections, and termite treatment;
• Janitorial — office, residential, and building cleaning; custodial, maid, and housekeeping; restroom sanitation; restaurant kitchen and service station cleaning; aircraft janitorial; venetian blinds and windows;
• Grounds & Turf — lawn care, mowing, seeding, fertilizing, irrigation, landscape maintenance and installation, tree and shrub services including pruning, removal, and utility-line clearance, and seasonal snow-and-landscape programs;
• Soft Goods — carpet, rug, upholstery, and furniture cleaning on-premises or at our cleaning plant;
• Exterior & Specialty — pressure and steam washing, gutters, ducts and ventilation, chimneys, drains, pools, kitchen exhaust hoods, driveways and parking lots, lighting maintenance, gas system conversion, and standalone snow plowing.

3. Quotes & Task Cards

Quotes are free and provided after a walk-through or review of photos and descriptions you supply. Every accepted quote produces a written task card describing scope, methods, and products. Work is performed to the task card; additions or changes are quoted separately before they begin. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Scheduling & Access

Appointments are scheduled in agreed windows; we confirm arrival times in advance. You are responsible for ensuring the crew can access the work areas — including gates, pets, alarms, and building entry. If a crew cannot access the site at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property and access information;
• Secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before service;
• Disclose hazards we should know about — mold, lead, biohazards, aggressive animals, unstable structures;
• Ensure water and power are available where the work requires them;
• Treat crew members with respect — harassment or unsafe conditions are grounds for immediate termination of service.

6. Keys, Codes & Entry

Where you entrust us with keys, codes, or alarm information, we hold them securely and use them solely for scheduled service. We are not liable for losses arising from entry methods you authorized, except where caused by our negligence. Keys are returned or destroyed at the end of the engagement.

7. Damage & Claims

We carry liability insurance appropriate to the work. Damage caused by our crews must be reported within 72 hours of service so it can be inspected before conditions change. We will repair, replace, or compensate for verified damage at our option. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items not disclosed under Section 5.

8. Pest & Specialty Work

Pest control, fumigation, and certain chemical applications are performed under applicable licenses and product labels, which may require vacating treated areas, covering food surfaces, or observing re-entry intervals. Treatment instructions provided with the task card are part of the service terms and must be followed. Results such as termite or mosquito control are subject to property conditions beyond our control.

9. Fees & Payment

Prices are set out in quotes and service agreements. Recurring services are invoiced per visit or per period as agreed; one-time work is invoiced on completion unless a deposit was required. Payment terms are stated on the invoice — late balances may accrue interest at the maximum lawful rate, and accounts in arrears may be suspended.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

One-time appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the window. Recurring agreements may be terminated per the notice period in your agreement. Same-day cancellations or locked-out visits may incur a trip fee.

11. Website Use

By using this website you agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the site;
• Use the site to harass, impersonate, or harm others;
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission;
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms;
• Use the quote form to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, illustrations, and design — is the property of K&T Upscale Cleaning Services LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages; other reproduction requires written permission.

13. Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability or accuracy. Service results depend on property conditions, disclosed information, and factors outside our control; specific outcomes (for example, complete pest eradication or permanent stain removal) cannot be guaranteed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K&T Upscale Cleaning Services LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. General & Contact

• Governing law — these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina;
• Venue — disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pitt County, North Carolina;
• Severability — if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect;
• Changes — we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
